Our Honeymoon
4/5 My husband and I stayed at Pelican Reef in room 804 from 8/21 until 8/28. We enjoyed the stay but the studio albeit had great views of the ocean and amazing views from the balcony of all of Rincon. The apartment was missing a few things that are basic for a VRBO. There was no coffee maker for one and we had to go out to the local bakeries for that which got me out earlier in the morning for sure. No broom, or mop stick for cleaning. The beach chairs were old which is fine but one was completely broken on one side and very precarious to sit on.
All over it is a very nice place to stay and in a beautiful setting. I would have rated it excellent but some of the basics should be checked between visitors.
We met some of the year round owners and they were the nicest people ever my hats off to Pedro (the mayor of Pelican Reef) he was such a kind and knowledgable individual of all of the area and Puerto Rico in general.
