  Last house at the top of the hill ! Great view. the layout of the house was different from anywhere we have stayed but it really grew on all of us. We enjoyed the pool and outside dining.

  The location, the view was awesome, but the property need better cleaning; checks sheets, towels, utensils and kitchen cleanliness. You should do a restoration and better maintenance of the surroundings ... including patio and pond. If you make those details it is the perfect place to return.

With COVID 19, we have not been able to oversee the house and do the ongoing work that we usually do. However, we have purchased new sheets for all the beds, hired someone to pressure wash the patio, and will look into the other issues and address those as well."

  El lugar tiene una vista hermosa, es cálido y tranquilo, cuartos grandes y cocina frente a la piscina.... de noche uno que otro insecto pero es normal por la localización. Fredi es bien amable y te guía hasta el lugar.... Check out es flexible y uno muy cómodo.

• Home With A Million Dollar View

  This home is exactly as the pictures show...it has a “Million-Dollar” view of the city of Ponce. It is also nice, that the kitchen & dining area is separate from the rest of the home, so it helped keep everything cooler. The air conditioners in the bedrooms worked very well. And the pool was completely awesome!

  Now, I always like to provide any negative items as well.....the entire viewing area, in front of the pool is needing of some repair...the two furniture items are broken and unusable, and the entire wood, for the sitting area, is very soft - with to me is a huge safety issue.....and there are many-many steps....so, if you are older or have knee issues, you need to know this., before you book.

  Overall, I rate this home a 5-star rating...and the best thing that I can say is, “Yes, we would like to return again”.....that “Million-Dollar” view and pool, is simply priceless! Also, the owner was very easy to work with as well.

  Over all the only impressive element of this property is Fredie , the maintenance person. He is ready to lend you a hand for anything you need not matter the time, location is in need of many improvements ,cabinets falling apart in the house,closets are very old and need new AC in house. Kitchen is full of mosquitoes every morning and dogs out fit all night, terrible.

  While we're glad to hear you enjoyed some aspects of this property, we're sorry that you didn't fully enjoy your stay. Hurricane Maria caused some damage to the property, but the homeowner would like to communicate they are working diligently to make repairs. They were unaware of any broken cabinets and problems with the A/C, but they will have these inspected by Fredi and repaired if necessary. Mosquitos are a part of life in the tropics, but the owner will be taking measures to try and mitigate this for future guests. While dogs in the neighborhood are outside of the owner's control, we apologize if they negatively impacted your trip.
