1/5 The view is amazing..the rest of the house was not good.
Pool was greens and dirty.
Termites as you can see the dust of wood.
The first bedroom the AC did not work well at all and I had to put towels on the floor because it was leaking.
That same bedroom the curtain was thrown on the floor of closet.
The deck wood was broken and not safe to walk on.
The dishwasher could not be use because the buttons were blocked my counter.
There were multiple water bugs around the house.
They definitely not clean the house before we check in.
I sent owner 2 emails the day we got there and got no response. I called her the next day and she sent a maintenance man he can only fix so much. Pool guy came Wednesday we got there Saturday. I have pictures of everything. I would not recommend renting this house until everything in this home is fixed.
5/5 My family and I had a great stay! The amenities and location were phenomenal.

Excellent Experience!
5/5 The house is in a stunning location and was beautifully landscaped. We all had a lot of fun in the pool, and the house was great too. The property manager was very helpful and responsive! There is a wonderful restaurant close by with great views of the city. We all highly recommend this house!
