• Absolutely awesome place

  What a great place for kids! When the beaches and oceans were closed due to tides/waves, the resort had endless things for the kiddos to do for three days. Very well maintained resort area and beach area. Kids were 2 and 8.

  The unit we stayed in (3801) was ground floor next to a pool and cabana. It had lots of kids pool toys and other things we were not expecting. It was very well maintained and clean. Don was great with questions (like how to run the individual room ACs). Very easy process to come in and out of security.

  It is a 20-30 minute drive to Walmarts and bigger restaurants but there were some great ones within a block or two of the resort. Also 2 small grocery stores nearby.

That’s very helpful to know, and you’re absolutely right—some of the best spots can be easy to miss if you’re relying on Google directions alone. A local guide binder is a great idea, and we’ll work on putting one together with our favorite nearby places so future guests can discover them more easily.

  Let’s start at the beginning… I never received an email with instructions on how to check in. Upon arrival at the gate we received our bracelets and dash board sign, no problem there, all good. Once we started driving to the apartment it was impossible to find it since there are no signs which one is which. We had to wait for a security guard to find our place, which took a little while. Once we found the building we had to find our parking spot which was numbered, however not very well marked so it was really hard to see, especially at night. Upon arrival at the room, I had to call the owner to obtain the code to unlock the door since like I mentioned I did not receive an emailThe room was cleaned for the most part, Except for a few dirty dishes. Place had all the accessories necessary to play and enjoy the different amenities such as, basketball tennis, mini golf, pickle ball, and pool gear.

  - All guests receive an automated confirmation email from the booking platform once the reservation is confirmed and paid. This includes the check-in process, condo number, door code, and parking instructions. It seems this email may have been missed or filtered, and we regret to hear any confusion that this may have caused.
  - The owner was happy to assist when you called and provided both the entry code and parking information over the phone. There is 24/7 security on-site to assist with navigating the property, and we appreciate your patience during check-in.
  - The cleaning team typically prepares the home thoroughly before each guest’s arrival, but the owner is following up with them to ensure all dishware is properly checked going forward.
  We’re always looking for ways to improve and appreciate your feedback.

  We had a wonderful stay. The condo was equipped with almost everything you would need for the pool and the beach, including towels, sunscreen, bug spray and more. Condo was very clean and situated right in front of the pool. Manager was available anytime I would call with questions. Great location, great condo.
