Private Heated Pool: Walk to Isla Verde Beach

  Pros: Large enough for all of us (18), comfortable beds, kitchen facilities, outdoor patio, private pool heated, washer/dryer, five bathrooms, walking distance to beach and restaurants, very nice property management and response.Cons: predominantly cold showers/ water heater not big enough for a large groups?, noise level especially for sleeping over the top since property is on a major highway, upon arrival.. issues with three doors (fixed the following day by very nice and courteous management).We are a multi-generational family with 11 grandkids. The heated pool was especially convenient with the younger children.. daytime and night time! We enjoyed a few days together celebrating the holidays in Puerto Rico since we are scattered in different states back home. Short distance to airport, ability to walk to beach and restaurants, use Ubers /taxis instead of car rentals were appreciated. Conveniences!

  Everything was good. It is nice place that can accommodate 7 bedrooms. Where else u get 7 bedrooms for kids friends who want their own room. Felt very safe. Not a bad thing but not walkable beach for anyone who can’t do steps.

  The house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed to accommodate 13 people! One of the host jean-paul was extremely helpful with whatever we needed. thank you!!

  Overall it was good. Host was very responsive to questions and needs!The place was clean and the pool was beautiful.Great for families or groups of friends traveling together.Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans, dishes and glasses.Great location if you plan to spend most of your time exploring what Isla Verde and San Juan has to offerThe property was walking distance from restaurants, bars and Isla Verde beach and 10 minutes from the airport.Cons: It is located just off a busy highway so it is quite noisy - especially the bedrooms and sitting area facing the road. It is difficult to locate with GPS. Use the links in booking.The layout of the place is disjointed. There is no place for everyone to eat together/be in the same space for a group larger than 10; nor can everyone layout by the pool.We could not get many of the TVsHouse could use some TLC. Garage door only worked with the remote, so if it was in the vehicle that was not there, you could not open or close.

  Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property manager and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location couldn’t have been better—perfect for exploring the city of San Juan and enjoying the nearby beaches. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
