We stayed at this property recently. It is centrally located between Gettysburg Lancaster and Hershey (in other words near plenty of attractions). The propert was fifty yards or so from Clarke lake which had some beautiful sunrises (separated by a road). It was clean and well stocked with supplies. The hot tub was great and clean. The building itself was an old schoolhouse and much of the interior decor was of that theme. (Including blackboards which my daughter had a blast drawing on with the provided chalk). The only issue was that the lighting was a bit dark. But not much so to significantly impact our stay.

Gorgeous and historic w/ modern comforts in the former one room schoolhouse. Loved touch of having the original chalkboards in place. Fast WIFI. Hiking trail available out back door and a short walk across a field. Perfect for dog owners. The fire pit and sitting area out back a bonus. Would recommend for anyone.

This very charming, well stocked and impeccable place exceeded our hopes. Thoughtful touches and great location- sunrise with the waterfowl backyard firepit for evening. Perfect for local trails, kayaking, fishing and pet friendly. The only tiny drawback was there sounded like an faint alarm going off in the loft crawl space. We reached out but didnt hear back. It was not disturbing just faintly persistent,
