Cozy little home!

Perfect location
5/5 We stayed the weekend for our son's wedding reception nearby. Eric was a great host, and we had everything we needed during our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The river view from the front of the property was beautiful mixed with the fresh snow that fell the morning of the wedding. We would definitely recommend this property..

Upper Black Eddy- PA/NY Border -Delaware River
5/5 Across the street from the DE river, with water access.
A short walk across the bridge to Milford, a small NJ river town with a few restaurants and shops. In the other direction a short walk to a great Breakfast/Lunch place along the bike trail.
Beautifully redone inside of property with all the amenities, everything worked perfectly.
Drive to nearby Frenchtown (NJ), New Hope (PA), Lambertville(NJ). Lots of interesting restaurants in all directions. 4 college roommates from the class of '83 enjoyed it very much!
