It was not hot water

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, Carlos. Our hot water tank holds 50 gallons, which may take some time to heat up, especially during peak usage periods. We promptly responded to your concerns by contacting a technician, who confirmed that there were no issues with the hot water tank. It appears that the delay in heating was due to the simultaneous usage of the jacuzzi and bathroom showers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding and patience.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
5/5 The place was just perfect for our group. It was nice to have different kinds of amenities all in one site, unlike others where you had to go to a certain place to swim, to play basketball, etc. The kids never got bored. The location of the property is also close to the grocery stores, gas stations and the pharmacy, so it's nice to know that if ever you needed to do some shopping runs, you won't have to drive too far. The whole place was clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Communication between us and the property manager was excellent. I would recommend this place, and would definitely book it again on a heartbeat.

4/5 We had a wonderful time everything was as it said, the pool was super clean and the house was tidy and very functional the only problem was the stove it was gas and there was a sign to unplug it because it clicked with one of the pilot lights not working which is really unsafe as gas could have leaked out.
