We had a great time. All amenities were there. The hot tub was great. The community swimming pool was large and well maintained.

I honestly saw the HOA requirement and almost decided against the place because I found it odd. I then figured maybe this was like most HOAs that operate to keep the neighborhood clean, orderly and have nice amenities. Twelve dollars per person a day is incredibly steep when you can only access these areas for 6.5 hours of the day and cannot use your own things. They had maybe three kayaks to rent that looked like they were trash picked and peddle boats that have seen better days. Most of the staff were incredibly rude. There is trash everywhere in this community, and homes falling down. The house we stayed in was nice enough but there was clearly a party prior to us that I ended up cleaning up after. The hot tub has a musty Oder and I ended up forbidding anyone from using it after I smelled it because it’s a sign that the levels are not correct. This leads me to believe it isn’t shocked after each rental. I also found false eyelashes on the side and beer caps and balloons all around. There was also a Broken flat screen tv, storm door and all but two screen were missing making us have to sweat it out on beautiful cool nights. The hose was also broken which is a huge issue for a Pocono rental as people spend nights by the fire. My husband just brought water around from the sink but others may not think ahead. It’s a shame that a few bad renters, workers, and residents are ruining a potential great vacation area..

The properly was exactly like it was described. It was a nice quiet location. The house was perfect not too small but not huge. If you need a place to stay for a weekend it is great.
Ps If you enjoy watching deer this is the place we would sit in the hot tub and the deer would walk within five feet of us.

It was a newly renovated house and clean. Outside was rustic and woodsy. The amenities were great. The lake was down the road a bit. Pretty lake.
