    Listed below is the feedback requested:1) The code provided to unlock the door did not work. I called, text and email the host several times and they never responded. After a 45 minute wait the maintenance personal, that lives next store, let us in a provided a door code.2) The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the town home was fair. Specifically, carpet stains throughout the upstairs and stairwell. The bedding was stained. Towels were stained, and middle bedroom was missing a fitted sheet. Coffee stains on the kitchen counter but we did not fix coffee during the stay. Bottle of shampoo left from the previous guest.3) Asked to wash the towels yet washing detergent was not provided.4) The front bedroom mattress and sheets were comfortable.
