Fishing trip
5/5 The owner, Ryan met us upon arrival to go
Over the place. He gave us some extra perks I’m not at liberty to say what however. The restaurant below is very good. Both Ryan and his wife, Kelly, are very nice and friendly. We only ate downstairs once but only bc we left to fish before they open and didn’t get back until after they were closed. 5 star property.

Smethport pleasant surprise
5/5 We chose Smethport as a halfway travel point to spend a few days with family, not as a vacation destination. Were we ever surprised!! This apartment is well done, decorated with a Titanic theme. The First Officer & Captain's quarters are very nicely appropriated. The kitchen & dining area has all that is needed for an easy, enjoyable stay. The living room area leads out to a private second floor deck overlooking a very scenic lake - in the downtown area. We walked the Smethport Mansion Tour - learned a lot of history as well as enjoyed the nice houses. Of course, Kinzua & Zippo/Case Museums are required tourist spots. Enjoy the fine hospitality of the Cottage House Restaurant attached to the apartment, & the food is very good. Hope you enjoy your Smethport surprise!!
