4/5 Bathtub needs a grab bar. Also the drain was very slow and toilet flushed very slowly. Really needs hand rails at entrance. It was very clean and well stocked.

3/5 There was piss on the downstairs toilet, bugs in the bathroom not great water pressure. Could not play ping pong due to the table being not in great condition. Happy I wasn’t staying there long or at the property much.

Perfect for our weekend getaway
5/5 Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to everything you could want. The kitchen had all sorts of appliances and we especially loved the breakfast bar. Ping pong table was fun! The hosts checked in several times to ensure all was good.

Cozy home in Sinking Springs, PA
4/5 The home was clean. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the A/C was having problems keeping up with the heat wave during part of our stay. The hosts were very quick to try & remedy the situation. They bought window A/C units which helped keep the bedrooms cooler. Then they bought another window unit to try & keep the 1st floor comfortable. It was a challenging situation since many homes were having A/C problems trying to keep up with the extreme heat wave. We would recommend this home and the hosts. They did everything they could to rectify the situation.
