  I was surprised by reading review about the WiFi and hot tub. During my stay, I found no issue with the WiFi or hot tub. My children were able to jump in the hot tub and they enjoyed it so much that they want to go back again. The house over looks the lake and the view is lovely. My kids loved the arcade game, and watched their favorite shows on the large TV. My children also had a great time making s'mores next to fire pit once the sunset.

  My wife and I kayaked on the lake. We had fun catching fish. All the amenities are in tip top shape. I would love to go back to that house and explore the area. I highly recommend this stay.

  The place is very nice, quiet neighborhood, it has a small lake and yachts to enjoy watching the sunrise, the bad thing about our stay was that the televisions did not work at the beginning, we rented the property for two nights, then almost the first night was spent fixing the problem and part of the next day, which was not our plans, in the end they said it was a wifi connection problem, the other problem was the Hot tub was dirty and we could not use it, the house manager was always in communication but did not solve the problems, at the entrance the house smelled bad, the potential amenities of the property are very good, but it needs more maintenance.

  Hi Carlos, we're glad you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and beautiful views, but we’re sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  
  - We apologize for the inconvenience with the TVs and WiFi during your stay. We’ve since changed the internet provider, and the connection is now working fine. We’ve also added two new smart TVs to enhance the guest experience
  - Regarding the hot tub, we understand your frustration. The water appeared dirty due to the cleaning solution used. Our new cleaning
  crew used chlorine instead of bromine. In our area, water has high level
  of iron, and so, a chemical reaction with iron and chlorine turned the water brown
  - We’re sorry to hear about the unpleasant smell at the entrance. This was our first week of renting, and we’ve since addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure a fresher welcome for future guests

• The lake house

  The house was perfect for us. The rooms were clean, and inside temperature was very comfortable for us. The house was spacious as well. The host was very welcoming and seems professional to me. There is a lot to do I. The surrounding area, and the house is very close to all of the major attractions. My family had a wonderful time in there. I would like to go there again in the future, and I would definitely recommend this house.
