• Safe area and clean enough

  The bedroom space fit our large group of 14 well. The house inside was clean. The outside needed the grass mowed, landscape lights fixed and tidied up in general. I messaged the owner and to my surprise the kitchen didn’t have a toaster so I went and bought one. But it did have a panini press which seemed odd. The kitchen also did onot have enough utensils if we wanted to eat at the same time but thankfully we took our own plastic utensils, paper plates and bowls. I should have contacted the owner but didn’t because the master bed only had the mattress sheet and the comforter (no top sheet). We felt very safe in the area and saw police patrolling several times during our 4 day stay. I would stay here again.

  Beautiful well kept home. Plenty of amenities and nearby to all popular resorts for activities. Definitely would return for a quick trip in the Poconos.

  The house is great, location too.We talked to a lady managing the property (Aurea) several times. She had a very bad attitude, did not seem interested in helping out. Did the bare minimum when we asked for help with check in paperwork. (Everything is online when you lease th3 property, yes, itbwas our mistake but when we were trying to fix it and asked for help, she had no interest. There was an iasue with the water being pinckish/brown (faucet/shower) that never got solved (she said she would get back to us but never did. A bear visited twice and made a big mess with the trash and there was no instruction about when the trash truck would come or when to bring it out. The AC is controled by the team and is a huge inconvenient because you have to text them to lower or increase temp. The dryer took way to long to dry clothes. We had a great time and its a great place that would benefit with someone managing it better and with a better customer service. At the end of the day, youre paying for vacations, to feel carefree or helped out if anything turns up, but it was not the case. Evolve was helpful.

  My family and I traveled from out of the city to spend the holidays together. This is a very spacious/cozy home for big groups. The game room was awesome for the kids while the adults stood outside around the fire pit at night, there's also a playroom for smaller children (not a lot of sites have this option and it was a plus for what we needed). The area and home is well kept. Large roomy kitchen which was great for prepping big meals. Spacious bedrooms came in handy when we had extra guest, we were able to fill up Large air mattress and still had space to move around. Looking to book again for our trip to Kalahari next month. Lake and pool near by for stay during summer month
