  The house looks like it was never vacuumed. The blinds look like they have never been dusted. The house was infested with tons of lady bugs. The kitchen supply was rather scarce. There were no towels to use to bathe. The pictures make the house look beautiful but it was rather filthy. Had a great vacation, would probably choose a different house next time.

  - We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously. We use a cleaning crew to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival.
  - There are plenty of towels and washcloths in each bathroom. Also, there was only 1 ladybug found in the home. The carpets are vacuumed and spot-cleaned and the blinds are dusted before guests' arrival.
  - We wish you had reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning crew to resolve your concerns and make your stay more comfortable.
  - While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that no issues were reported by our most recent guests.
  - We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay. Thanks for letting us know about your experience!

• Just okay

  The house was just okay. There is definitely plenty of space - lots of room, however, there are a few things that could use fixing. I was told at the last minute that the refrigerator/freezer outer dispenser was going to be fixed before we arrived, however when I arrived, the refrigerator wasn’t working at all. I called the owner who was very good about coming over and swapping out the electronic board. She was able to get the refrigerator and freezer working, but honestly, even at the highest setting the freezer really wasn’t good and frozen. Additionally, the kitchen was not what I would call fully stocked at all, but I’m told that this is common so not a dealbreaker. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms adequate. We had high hopes of using the fire pit in the backyard, however, the door from the basement to the outside would not open, it was completely stuck. Also, the backyard was mostly weeds and no actual lawn- not exactly a place where you’d want to sit and have a fire, just a little disappointing. One last thing, there is no pool access – they really should update the listing. In one place in the listing it mentioned the pool, but then there is a note that pool access is not available, but to be honest, we thought that was a Covid thing and I guess we just assumed that since Covid was over we’d have access. There is no pool access.

  All in all, just an average house. Perfectly fine, it could just do with some updates and repairs.

• Golf trip

  We stayed the house for a week to play golf in surrounding area. The house was maintained well and clean. It located in a wooded community and sit in the end of cul-de-sac with easy access and plenty parking spaces. There are many good golf courses nearby. We were enjoying our stay very much.
