  The host was amazing. All information was provided and he was genuine and nice. The house was great and the fire pit area was the BEST spot for watching the tons of deer!

  The house was everything listed and more. We had a great trip the owners were very responsive with any questions. There were plenty of things to do at the house as well as around the community. Everything in the house was neat and clean when we arrived and the hot tub was a hit with everyone. Cant wait to come back again.

  Not what we expected in a bad way. In all the years of renting B&B never heard of no linens or towels. It is buried near the bottom so shame on us for not reviewing better.But the property was also very poorly maintained. Felled trees all over, leaves all over the deck and the deck itself was in poor shape. Additionally almost none of the amenities like the pool table and video games were usable. The hvac was not working in one of the bedrooms. Lastly the instructions better Vrbo, the website and the host were anything but clear if not contradictory.The hot tub was the only thing I could say was on par with expectations. *after having to get our own towels

  We’re sorry to hear this stay didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate you sharing such detailed feedback. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:
  - We do not provide linens or towels at this home, and this is noted in the listing so guests can plan accordingly, but we're sorry if this caught off guard.
  - Our mini-split units must all be set to the same mode (A/C or heat) to operate correctly, and we would have been happy to walk through this had we been contacted during the stay.
  - Since our home is surrounded by woods, leaves can fall quickly in the autumn, but we make sure the deck is cleaned before each arrival. Cut up wood is placed in different parts of the 3/4 of an acre that my property sits on, and kindling in designated areas near the firepit for guest use.
  - No issue with pool table or arcade games could be found after inspection.

• Great get away

  Our family loved the house, everything was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was great for night time after a long day to just sit and relax. The kids had a blast roasting marshmallows and making smores on the fire pit. We will definitely be back again. The host responded very quickly to all of our questions.
