CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
- Registration is required at least 4 days prior to arrival to ensure that staff can keep up with incoming registration. If guests register less than 4 days prior to arrival, there is a $100 late fee. Same day registrations are not allowed
- At least 4 days prior to arrival, guests will need to provide the Guest Contact with the following registration information in order to have access to the property: # of occupants ages 6+, total # of occupants, # of vehicles, and vehicle make/model/license plate number. This information can’t be changed 4 days prior to arrival
- Mandatory community fees (paid to the owner at least 4 days prior to arrival, $100 late fee): transaction fee per rental $20, gate card fee $20 per card, temporary membership (age 6+) $8.50 daily, $42.50 weekly (in-season, late May-early September), $2 daily (off-season)
- Fees are not based on available amenities or usage of amenities as per Arrowhead Lake Rules and regulations. All fees are to be paid in full and are per guest, per night, whether or not guests are using the amenities on the premises

- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Guests will need to check in at the off-site Arrowhead Lake Rental Office to receive cards and entry packets: 906 Route 940 Suite #101, Pocono Lake, PA 18347
- The office hours are from 10:00 AM-10:00 PM. If you are arriving outside of these hours you will need to reach out to the Guest Contact
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Trash MUST be dropped off at the community trash center (located behind the Welcome center building; open daily 8am -10 pm.)
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Return vehicle gate card(s) to the Welcome Center prior to exiting or additional fees will be imposed
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
