  Everything was very good, a very quiet place, the house was very clean, everything was excellent, the owner of the house was very attentive to everything.

• Not very clean, in disrepair, and outdated decor

  It was not the quality or cleanliness we expected from a rental property. One bed had a large stain on the mattress cover but the sheets were put on over top so we didn’t see it until we stripped the beds at the end. Couches all had covers on them indicating they were dirty and food crumbs were in the creases. It smelled very musty when we entered but the dehumidifier wasn’t running. The musty smell was in the towels they left out and bed covers. Outdoor furniture was dirty with many cobwebs. Hot tub was not clean as seen by the discolored water foam. Many things in disrepair such as many curtain rods coming out of the wall, 1 screen door completely off the track, locks not working on some sliding doors and some wood lock-bars not the correct length to secure sliding doors. Front door doesn’t latch unless you lift up when you close it. Decor is very outdated. It was ‘fine’, but not a ‘nice’ place you would expect from a rental.

  - Our cleaning team removes and washes bed sheets after each checkout. We regret that a stained mattress cover was overlooked.
  - Couch covers are used to protect the furniture and are regularly washed. We apologize for the food crumbs you found.
  - During the summer months, humidity can be an issue, and we provide a dehumidifier to help manage this. We're sorry it wasn’t running when you arrived.
  - Towels and bed sheets are washed and dried after each checkout. We will ensure this process is thorough.
  - The outdoor furniture is cleaned regularly, but being in a mountain area, spider webs can appear quickly. We will ask our cleaners to pay extra attention to this.
  - Our hot tub is maintained and cleaned after each guest’s stay. We will review our maintenance schedule to ensure it meets our standards.
  - We have addressed the issues with the screen door and locks with our property manager to ensure everything is in working order.
  - The decor was updated in 2023 to meet professional guidelines for short-term rentals, but we will consider your feedback for future improvements.

  It was the best me and my family had the best time ever,the rooms,games,hot tube literally everything was the best,it was an amazing place and it very comfty place.

  My family enjoyed the stay at this house . It had a lot of games for the kids to keep them busy. Also the hot tub is a plus for me ! Will definitely revisit !

• Very relaxing getaway

  Beautiful, peaceful area with the perfect place to stay with a large family and friends. Love the various areas of the home to hang out with tons to do even in the rain. Jacuzzi and home all very clean and accommodating. Great communication with host. Would definitely like to return for a longer stay next time.
