Absolutely wonderful stay!

I Had an absolutely wonderful stay, home was convenient to public transportation, parking was convenient which is a plus for me host was very responsive, and very helpful he recommended great places near by. Getting access to home was easy and convenient home was on a nice quite clean block & well kept, nice and clean and comfy! Home also had refreshments which was also a plus for me lol I felt like I was at home! Host had great and effective communication! lovely place exactly as advertise definitely will stay again!

My friends and I came here for a Eagles game and this property did not fail us. We were close to everything we wanted. I would like to thank the owners for a great experience.

Nice House / Bad Area

My girlfriends and I were in town for a concert and decided to get a hotel after visiting the house. Unfortunately, we felt very uncomfortable in the area since we're unfamiliar and had a few incidents happen as we were pulling into the neighborhood (We were approached by people several times on our way in and felt a bit unsafe).

The house was very nice and clean - looks exactly as pictured on the site.

- We're sorry your safety was called into question during check-in. We've never had issues with guest safety and do advertise the location of our home in our listing so that guests can be aware of our location and neighborhood.

- Our home is located in a family-oriented quiet block. I've had guests tell me how surprised they are by how quiet the block is. The neighbors on the block greet you with a hello and everyone stays to themselves minding their own business.

- We encourage guests to reach out to their guest contact while they are in residence with any issues so that they can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay.

Oh how nice! Oh wow how lovely! Oh yaaassss! These are just some of the remarks that flew out our mouths when my friend n I walked into this beautiful home. Bright, airy, clean and lots of little personal touches. It's clear that much thought and consideration for the guests went into preparing this home. Located on a quiet block on Philly and not far from anywhere you'd want to go during your stay! I would most definitely recommend this Air BnB as home base for your Philadelphia trip!
