1/5 Although not advertised in the listing, there is an attached garage converted into apartment where a family with a small child were staying during our time at the home. We could hear the talking, sneezing and cleaning their dishes. The door to reach this space was blocked by a piano and treadmill but they entered through a separate door to outside. Additionally we were not allowed to flush toilet paper and were not informed of this prior to our arrival. Otherwise, easy drive to New Hope/Peddlers village.

4/5 3/5 For our needs, this property had great potential. Check-in/out was easy. Plenty of room for us all. Location was ideal for our needs. Linens and kitchen appliances were clean and good quality. Yard was large. Nights were quiet. However, the bed in the second bedroom was not a full, as advertised. The entire property needs a deep-clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen. It’s an old house, but more attention to the details would have made a big difference. Repairs needed in kitchen and bathroom. Instructions regarding toilet were unclear. More lighting needed in dining room. Yard furniture was unusable. A toaster, dish towels, dishwasher detergent, large trash bags would be recommended additions.
