4/5 My time spent at maryan and franks was awesome they were there for us for all are needs and wants you get all the bottom floor to your self everything you need is there I found my home away from home to go riding are utvs atvs I can't wait to get back had a ball

5/5 We stayed from Friday to sunday the house was one of the nicest and cleanest we ever stayed in. The home owners were very nice. Deserves more than 5 stars. Looking forward to stay there again next year.

Excellent locations to enjoy State College area
5/5 From our welcome by MaryAnn, every moment of our 2 day stay was perfect. The accommodation was comfortable, spacious and every amenity was supplied. It was our first time "sharing" a home with in resident occupants and we were a bit apprehensive. It turned out to be absolutely fine, no issues what so ever.
Mary Ann is a great host and we highly recommend.
