Great location and size.
4/5 Loved the size, plenty of room for our family- especially 4 bedrooms. Updating on first floor great, host very responsive. Work in progress as far as updating upstairs and deck. Enjoyed deck size and furniture on it.

Location great for our needs
4/5 This house was very spacious, beds were comfortable, lots of great towels, everything worked as expected, plenty of parking, neighborhood was quiet. Host was friendly & responsive when contacted, had provided fresh croissants and fruit. Kitchen did not have drip coffee maker (French press is available) or microwave, huge deck did not have patio chairs. A larger dining room table would be an improvement, as there is not enough space for 8 people at the current table.

Spacious House
4/5 This property was very open, spacious and clean. Plenty of off-street parking, very large outdoor deck with 3 BBQ grills (which were covered and we did not use), but no deck furniture. Friends that arrived by car on day 2 brought beach chairs. Beds were very comfortable and private, quiet neighborhood, plenty of hot water and towels for 8 adults to shower. The owner provided us with delicious fresh croissants & fresh pineapple & bananas. There is no microwave or drip-coffee maker, though there is a French press coffee maker. Again, friends that arrived on day 2 brought a Mr. Coffee. The table in the dining room is not large enough to seat 8 at the same time. The same with the furniture in the living room, seating for 5 only. The location was perfect for our needs, as all events on our itinerary were in Monroeville or Pitcairn. I would stay here again, but would strongly urge the owner to provide patio chairs and a larger dining table.
