  What a wonderful time we spent in PA in this adorable home. The setting was perfect for our family and dogs, slightly secluded but close to everything. We enjoyed many hikes at Nolde Forest and the closeness to shopping and restaurants. The dogs enjoyed the yard and the freedom to explore! It was a welcome change from the FL heat. I will have beautiful memories for a very long time. Thank you Lilia for sharing your home with us!!

• Warm Cozy Welcoming Mountain House Yet near the Towns

  We stayed two nights and had more than what we needed. Each room had its own personality. The host was very welcoming and you can tell they put a lot of attention and care into making the stay an enjoyable time. There were plenty of options for sleeping that we needed. It was well stocked with amenities. The house was also very quiet from any street noise. Only on occasion would a car drive by to go to a neighbors house which was far enough away to feel like you have your own space. Large fridge was great. The shower was hot. The living room was very charming and a perfect fit to watch movies or TV. Some very unique wood furniture and the old wood walls added a perfect touch to each room.

  Although you feel very secluded, you are only miles from a decent grocery store and regular stores. Then, a few more miles you get the works. Wyomissing (North of house) probably had the most in terms of malls, eating and shopping. Lancaster is not too far south for the Amish farmers markets. One of the best bar / taverns was only a few miles south called 'Bubba's'.

  Great stay, and I would stay there again.... Probably even nicer in the summer.
