CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- The property is located in the Whitetail Resort
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- To lock the door just hold down #. Please only use the electronic deadbolt lock, there is a spare key under the front door mat for the door handle if you accidentally lock yourself out
- If you have trouble opening the door, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Check your booking to validate which number you have listed (it can sometimes be an old number)
- Ensure you add the # sign after the last 4 digits of your phone number
- If you have gotten the code wrong multiple times, please wait 3-5 minutes for the lock to reset
- If the handle won't turn at all, use the key under the doormat. The code only unlocks the deadbolt
- If you still can't get in, please call or text the Guest Contact
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please return all 4 parking passes to the binder prior to departure. The HOA charges $50 for a replacement pass, which you will be charged if lost or not returned to the binder
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, CLOSELY MONITORED AND ENFORCED BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and be mindful of noise levels
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This single-story condo is on the lower level of the building and requires stairs for entry
- Please be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during community quiet hours of 11 pm-8 am. Please do not play loud music at any time. Unfortunately, the neighbors will not hesitate to seek enforcement on this topic from local authorities
- The triple bunk bed is for children and adults weighing less than 165 pounds
- When trundle beds are in use, space becomes limited
- Charcoal is not provided for the grill. If you'd like to use the grill, please plan on bringing your own charcoal
- There are ski and snowboard storage racks available both in the front and back of the condo. There are benches/chairs and boot trays available by both doors for your convenience as well
- The koozies on the counter are yours to keep if you’d like

COMMUNITY AMENITIES INFO
- You will need a white card to access the community amenities. The card can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival
- The resort pool is only available in the summer. The hot tub is available during the summer and the ski season

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:
- Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras, located above the front and back doors, all facing outward. They do not look into interior spaces

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in the reserved spot (spot 20) in the community parking lot
- On arrival, there is one parking spot for unit #20
- Additional parking is found in the unnumbered spots at the entrance of Northern Lights Dr. **Please do not park in other people’s numbered spots or you could get towed.**

DIRECTIONS/PARKING PASS INFORMATION
- Our building is NOT the building directly in front of the #20 spot. It is the building to the left of the #20 spot, which if you drove straight on Northern Lights Dr, would take you directly to it
- Unit 20 is down the far-right stairwell when facing the building from the parking lot
- Once inside please obtain a parking pass from the binder in the unit, and place it on your vehicle dashboard so it’s visible through the front windshield
- If you park in the designated space marked #20 you do not need to display the parking pass
- Please return the parking passes prior to checkout. There is one parking pass in the binder. The HOA charges $50 for a replacement pass
