  I would not recommend this rental or any others managed by the same property management company.

  The location was great, the house was fine, the customer service from the property management company was abysmal, and I was repeatedly insulted and questioned on the experience my family was having. We are excellent and generally undemanding guests. Parts of the house are being remodeled which likely led to some of the electrical issues and messy areas. We understand that remodels may need to happen, but should not be a burden on the renter. Also, we were told to put the trash in the garage (since you couldn’t access the trash shed do to all the unshoveled snow) and there were at least two other parties worth of trashing aging in a heap on the ground. There were several issues with the house, and honestly none of them would have been a deal breaker, but when I raised concerns to him, I was repeatedly told I was wrong. When we got there after check-in, there were people in the house, we were told they were the owners, but they did not speak to us—he told us that they couldn’t have been the owners. When we let him know the house was not clean, he argued and said that couldn’t be the case, the cleaners were great. When we told him that the sidewalks was covered in an inch of ice he told us that couldn’t be, the snow removal team had just been there. When we told him there was a pool of water on the ground at the bottom of the stairs, beyond the leaks in the laundry room, he said that wasn’t possible. When we told him that the upstairs toilet wasn’t flushing he told us to check the breaker, which we already had, then he told us that doesn’t make sense. Lastly, upon check-in, many additional rules were imposed, including a recommendation not to flush toilet paper or use the fireplaces. When I provided the feedback that those rules should be provided ahead of billing, I was blown off.

  Again, I would not recommend this rental or any others managed by the same property management company.

  The house lived up to the standards that it was marketed in the website. Host was cooperative and easy to communicate with. I give the home my complete endorsement.

  Very welcoming host and beautifully designed house. Unfortunately, the heat and hot water stopped working halfway into our stay.

  The home was amazing !! Host was super responsive even during a holiday. Our family enjoyed every moment of the stay. Highly recommended!!
