One the main draws to Lawrenceville is Cowanesque Lake and this property overlooks the recreational area! The lake has available kayak rentals , boat launches ,a well-maintained beach area, a children's play area, and even concessions. Cowanesque Lake is maintained by the US Army Corps of Engineers and is only open to the public between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
More outdoor recreation awaits just 20 minutes away at the Pine Creek Gorge, dubbed 'The Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania!'

Beautiful quiet view
5/5 Apartment has everything you need, with a beautiful view of the lake, we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the wildlife.

4/5 Everything was just as advertised. Very clean and quiet location. Conveniently close to area points of interest, including Corning, NY. My only recommendation is that you check with host to see if beds have been updated since our stay. As far as finding the site, when you get off the highway, there are three lanes leading back to properties. Take the "middle" one and the property is the first one you come to. We arrived at nearly dark and weren't super confident which lane to use. We would definitely use this site again.

Heat wave outside, cool inside!
5/5 Despite the blistering heat outside, we really enjoyed our stay. The 3 air conditioners kept us nice and cool. The lake was beautiful and we played the disc golf course across the street a couple of times. One of the reviews mentioned being able to see the awesome display of stars at night but we were unable to view them due to the spotlight in the yard being on…..so that was disappointing. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if in the area again
