• LOOKS VERY DIFFERENT IN PERSON

  We booked the house as per the photos and descriptions stated but as soon as we got there the outside or inside looks nothing like the pictures. Also there were no toilet paper so make sure to pack some if you plan to stay and downstairs bathroom garbage was not cleaned from previous renters to floor half bathroom sink was clogged (very disgusting) and the broom closet there were garbage left on the dust pack which was gross amd broom was broken ,only positive part was the host was always reachable to address all these issues but not much can be done. So my advice is pack as much general products needed as possible so you don't have to drive 20min out to get it.

• This house could use some TLC

  First let me start with the pros: check in was very easy and we were able to be accommodated with an early check in. The property manager (Colleen) for the most part was very attentive and addressed the majority of our needs (there was no iron/ironing board, the coffee pot was leaking coffee and we needed to be provided with a new one). Now for the cons: the house was not cleaned properly. We had to scrub the kitchen down (the stove was just nasty and there was nothing but grease on the backsplash). There were many cobwebs throughout the house. The electricity kept tripping and we had to flip it back on more times than I can count. Although there was a dehumidifier in the basement, it had a very musty and damp smell. There was a leak in one of the basement bedrooms from the kitchen which caused the rug to be wet. There is no AC in the common area of the main floor so when you are cooking it gets very warm which is not good for a hot summers day. The downstairs bedrooms only had a fan. There needs to be ACs throughout the house. The basement bathroom is just disgusting and needs to just be ripped out and redone. There are numerous windows in need of blinds for privacy especially in the basement bathroom. We definitely left the house cleaner than we received it.
