• Great Amenities, But Cleaning Needs Attention

  We had a mixed experience with this stay.

  First, I want to highlight the positives. The location is beautiful and very relaxing a great place to disconnect. The house is also extremely well equipped. It has everything you might need, especially in the kitchen cookware, utensils, and essentials were all available. That part exceeded expectations. Communication with the host was also very good; when I needed help with Netflix, I received a quick and helpful response.

  However, the cleanliness was a major issue and honestly unacceptable, especially considering the $179 cleaning fee. The house did not feel properly cleaned at all. There was dog hair throughout the house, especially on the couch. Surfaces like tables and furniture had visible dust you could run your hand over them and see it immediately.

  The bathroom was also not clean. There was hair in the shower drain and on the shower walls, toothpaste splatter on the mirror, and urine spots on the toilet seat. These are basic cleaning details that should not be missed.

  Additionally, some aspects of the listing were not accurate. For example, the upstairs balcony shown in the photos no longer exists. There was also an outdoor hammock that was fallen over and dirty, which gave the impression that the outdoor area had not been checked in a while.

  Overall, the space itself has a lot of potential it’s peaceful, well-stocked, and the host is responsive. But the lack of cleanliness significantly impacted our stay, to the point that we decided to leave one day early.

  I would recommend improving the cleaning standards to match the fee being charged, because this is something guests will definitely notice.

  The condo was very nice and the kid bed was perfect for our 2 year old.

  Rented the property for a weekend with the family, location was pretty good but the property was very dirty outside and inside, grill and microwave didn’t work.
