Nice quiet place to stay.
4/5 Housekeeping could definitely be improved. Dishes in the cupboards needed to be washed before using. Found beer cans in the dresser. No pillowcases on extra pillows and could definetly include more TP and bath towels, handtowels, and washcloths. Numerous burnt out bulbs.

Short ski trip
5/5 Wonderful place to stay for a short ski trip with friends and family. Good bedding setup. Loved having the wood burning fireplace. Very convenient to Jack Frost mountain including walk/ski in/out if desired. Well stocked kitchen.

Cute & Cozy but some flaws
4/5 This property is well kept and and I would say for the most part we had a positive experience. The Pros: great location in the Poconos area. Only about 30 minutes from Jim Thorpe, Jack Frost Ski resort down the street. The home was clean and they provided towels. Beds and pillows were comfortable, has a cozy fireplace and smart TVs.
The reason I didn't give it five stars is because we weren't provided with what I consider some basic supplies. We were not provided with hand soap or body soap. We weren't provided with sufficient toilet paper either. For the amount of time and the amount of people staying with our reservation we didn't have enough. We ran out of toilet paper and ended up needing to use paper towels (ouch!).
Property was very clean, warm and welcoming
5/5 Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions! Thank you so much definitely coming back!

House of Horrors
2/5 This house was full of issues for my weekly stay. On day 1 our dishwasher overflowed and had a broken glass left in it..our washing machine was not working and was never informed .had to wash a week full of clothes by hand.our sheets and pillow cases did not look clean.we only received 1 towel for a full week stays although we were brought some it was a major inconvenience. Unfortunately this place wasn't as pretty as the pictures!
