  The house was great and the location was amazing. There are quite a few restaurants and hiking trails close by to get and explore.

  Lake Harmony location was perfect for us. The inside of home was clean and everything was comfortable. AC and hot water was great. Notified the host that the dryer (laundry) was not working but wasnt a big issue for us (she responded quickly). Hot tub was great for a small crew it was clean and treated. Only concern we had was to outside deck and stairs. Just a general cleanup of leaves and spider webs on the deck.. 10 min with a leaf blower.. Great weekend

  There were a few things that I would like to mention about this property. The first thing is when we drove up there was garbage littered in front of the driveway. I text the property owner/ Manager and he called me. After me telling him about the garbage, he was very nonchalant about it and said well maybe I could get In a few days. Then decided to go out and clean it myself. I then texted him the next day because the TVs were not functioning nor were the remote controls. No response. Refrigerator is broken, and the decor of the home is very outdated. The one thing that I can say about the property is that it is spacious.

  - We were unaware of the trash issue before your arrival and regret that it wasn’t addressed sooner. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and will ensure this is managed more proactively in the future.
  - We didn’t receive any communication regarding the TV issues during your stay. The instructions provided before check-in usually help with resetting the TVs if previous guests have changed the settings. We will be checking the TVs to ensure they are functioning properly for future guests.
  - The refrigerator will be inspected this week to confirm that it’s in working order, as there have been no prior complaints or issues reported by recent guests.
  - While the décor may not have been to your taste, we continually make updates to the property, including new flooring, doors, paint, and other amenities. Future improvements are planned for the bathrooms, kitchen, and covered porch area.
