Make the Pocono Mountains your own personal playground when you stay at this conveniently located property! Winter brings endless fun at Jack Frost Ski Resort or one of the several ski resorts, like Big Boulder Ski Area and Camelback Mountain Resort, located within 23 miles of the property. Additional winter activities include snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing! In addition, Vail - a world-famous Colorado ski company - just purchased an upcoming ski resort in the area that will open Fall 2019!
Outdoor lovers will find plenty of hiking and mountain biking spread between Hickory Run State Park, to the south, and Pinchot State Forest, to the north. For whitewater rafting, head to Lehigh Gorge State Park. Paddle the rapids solo or book a guided trip with Pocono Whitewater, which also offers guided bike tours.
There's also a plethora of events in the area, including Nascar Pocono 500 and the Annual Pocono's Irish and Celtic Festival.
When you're not in the mood for home-cooking, treat yourself to a lakeside meal at Boulder View Tavern found on the shore of Big Boulder Lake! You'll find plenty of other restaurants close by, like Nick's Lake House and Piggy's Restaurant.

Picture Perfect
5/5 My friend and I were looking for a quiet place for a girl's weekend and thus was it! The location was beautiful and centrally located. The house was welcoming and comfortable. We will be making this a regular fall trip.

5/5 The place was so adorable, clean and had a full kitchen. Grocery store down the street had everything. It was a peaceful, relaxing trip. I would book this trip again!

Good but could be better.
4/5 Many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The furnishings were not those in the listing photo... no leather couch. Photos make it appear much larger than the reality. Issues with the water being cloudy for our entire stay.
