  We all enjoyed our time at the house and the surrounding area. The hot tub was a bonus and I wish we had turned it on the moment we got there. it did take four days to heat up but we enjoyed It.   Great stay overall. Spacious, great area, mountain feel, hot tub, fire pit, pet friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

• Kitchen Needs Attention

  The kitchen cabinets were a mess. The coffee pot still had coffee grinds from the last guest in it. The pot holders were gross and needed washed. There were not any kitchen towels for drying dishes. The knives couldn't cut bread and the pots and pans were old and worn out.

  Also, the front exterior lights didn't work and it was difficult to find the correct light switches for the living areas.

  - We wish you'd reached out to the guest contact during your stay to share these concerns, as we would've been happy to assist and resolve any issues for a more pleasant experience. We received your request for early check-in, which we gladly approved, but didn’t hear from you after that.
  - We appreciate you bringing the condition of the kitchen cabinets to our attention. We’ll be checking them to ensure they’re organized and guest-ready moving forward.
  - It’s possible the coffee grinds were missed during the cleaning process, and we’ve addressed this with the cleaning crew to prevent it from happening again.
  - We've noted the condition of the pot holders and shared this feedback with our cleaners to address.
  - We typically provide paper towels instead of kitchen towels, but we do leave a kitchen towel occasionally.
  - Our kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of pots, pans, and knives, including newer items along with some older items. We’ll revisit our inventory and replace any worn items to ensure everything is in good condition.
  - We’ll look into the front exterior lights and replace any necessary bulbs to ensure all lighting is working properly.
  - The light switches were labeled before your stay for ease of use, and we would've been happy to assist you, had you reached out about this.

  We loved the propety location. It wss nice to travel.with the dogs and the fenced yard made it easy to relax outside with them. IIt was a very comfortable home.
