• Conveniently located to the lake and pool and boat slip

  This VRBO was as advertised. It comfortably fit our family of 7. There was a problem with the sewer (cracked pipe), but the representative had it fixed very quickly. We received a few hours later check-out time and a discount on the boat slip fee for our inconvenience.Coincidentally it was located across the street from the VRBO rented by my 2 brothers. Deer visited the property daily. The kids enjoyed the neighborhood pool and playground a 2-minute drive from the house.

  Overall good spot. We were unlucky where the hot water heater never worked and the pool passes weren’t available.

  Hi Ed, we passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We strive to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience with us and provide elevated levels of hospitality!
  - Once we were contacted about the hot water tank, we discovered the indicator was on the off status and asked you to check the power plug on the check-in day at 5:43 pm. You confirmed that the 'hot water heater is on,' and we accepted your response. Later you confirmed that the hot water wasn't working. We then provided additional information on how to address the issue and offered to schedule a call if necessary.
  - In regards to the pool bracelets, they were accidentally taken home with the previous guest. While we couldn't replace them right away, we took quick steps to have the previous guest send them back overnight. As a reminder, the community pool does require the presentation of a pool bracelet for entry.
  As we value guest satisfaction, we kept in touch with you throughout your stay. It is unfortunate that you encountered these issues but we did try to resolve them to your expectations. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.

• Mini Vacation

  The house was perfect for the 4 of us. The guest book was very helpful for restaurants and things to do. Very quiet neighborhood. Communication with hosts was good.

  Fully equipped kitchen is not exactly accurate. No large bowls, whisk, minimal plates. Had to mix pancake batter in a pan with a spaghetti spoon. Glad we brought our own paper bowls and plates and plastic wear. Games were nice downstairs. Great location of home. Pool was clean and there were lounge chairs available for us when we went. We didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor seating and firepits. Owners were easy to work with and readily available. I would recommend staying here for your next Pocono visit!

• Family Trip

  Great location! Games were nice downstairs, just a little tight to play the ski ball and video games. Kitchen was spacious, but could use a few more plates and bowls. Also no mixing bowls or whisk (tried to make pancakes one morning without these items). Pool area was great and clean. Would recommend for a small family getaway!
