  The house is ok and cozy. The farm and outside is gorgeous and with the right weather it feels so great. During the day inside the house is fine but we were barely at the house during the day. At night when my 4 girls wanted to have a sleepover in the upstairs area (which was one of the main reasons I chose this location) they had to sleep on the couch on the main level instead due to the area being over taken by flies. The flies were not your normal house flies and they were flying and crawling all over my girls. When I made evolve and owner aware of this and asked to be moved the owner sent the caretaker to spray for bugs. We came back to the house the next night and again more flies and my girls once again sleeping on the couch. The owner’s seem concerned but not concerned enough to have us switched just text messages saying they hope things get better. Evolve handled the situation even worse. They just went back and forth with us with no resolution. They offered fly swats and fly sticky traps. We ended up staying the rest of the week with the kids sleeping on the couches the whole time. If you have a problem please know you are at the mercy of the owners of the property because evolve cannot and will not do anything if you have a problem. Better off sticking with Airbnb or Vrbo to make sure you get quality service. Evolve is just in place to take your money but they provide no resolutions if you have an issue. I only gave a 2 star rating and not a 1 star because the farm outside was nice. I sent photos and videos of the problem and evolve literally kept quiet unless I called them. After multiple calls with evolve and lots of texts with the owner I knew nothing was going to change. We made the best of our stay but we weren’t trying to use our entire vacation week on the phone and going back and forth via text.

  Hi Yonesha, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and we apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  
  -Upon hearing about the fly issue, the caretaker was sent to spray for bugs in the attic/loft area immediately.
  -The homeowner checked the property during the day and did not find any flying insects, leading to the belief that the flies might be nocturnal and attracted to the lights in the attic.
  -The homeowner offered to return after dark to investigate further and secure the air conditioners, but this offer was declined by the guest.
  -It is noted that the property is in a farm area, which may lead to an increase in insects during the hot summer months. Guests are advised to turn off lights and keep doors closed to minimize insect activity.

  The house is a great place to get together with family, friends. There's plenty of room and the deck is huge.

  Second time our group has rented this property. Plenty of room for everyone and our Jeeps! Will definitely rent again

• Spacious and quiet

  Stayed at the property to visit Knoebels. Property matched the pictures had ample space for all of us! Easy to check in and out, tons of essentials in the kitchen and linens. Travel to house had some windy roads but was easy to find and well maintained. Would stay again.

• Jeep weekend

  The house had plenty of space for everyone in our group and their Jeeps. It was very well appointed and had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying again!
