not ready for rental
3/5 This house has a ton of potential, but right now it is not rental ready. Lots of seating areas but no coffee tables. A pool table replaced the dining table, and the room is too small for a pool table. And the house really needs a dining table! Needs a coat of paint to hide large spackled areas and markings all over walls that are more than just normal wear and tear. If you cannot do stairs, this is not for you. There are stairs to literally every room in the house inside and out. The stove is on such a slant that all liquids you cook with end up on one side of the pan.
Again, lots of potential, beautiful outside but just not ready for the price they are charging.
Plus no welcome book to tell you any info about the house!
