• Hershey Visit well worth it

  House was located conveniently to Hershey park and was easy for our family to access. It had a ton of space, lots of communal opportunity and clean. We had two families sharing the space for our Hershey days and it was perfect. Would def stay again.

  First time staying at this location. This place is within 5 minutes of Hershey Park. This property is on 3 levels which is great. On the main level there is a living room, bath room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and dining room towards the back of the house. Dining room opens up onto a deck which leads down to the back yard.

  Down stairs before the kitchen to the right, there is the laundry room, bedroom, bathroom and another kitchen! There is another stairway, on the left, before the kitchen, which takes you down to another 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs above the 2 bedrooms is the game room and a pull out couch. Lots of room.

  Each bedroom had a modern lamp with a phone charger that was able to charge Apple phones or Android phones, which I thought was very thoughtful. Beds were very comfortable.

  We didn't spend much time at the house, we left at 7:00 am went to breakfast and returned after dinner around 9:00 pm.

  We found the place clean and tidy. Has a great backyard with a BBQ. There is parking for 4 cars.

  Pros: house is under 2 miles to Hershey Park, very close to Hershey Gardens, grocert store

  etc. Clean, lots of room, esp upstairs living area w 4 couches! Room for 3 vehicles to park. Owners very attentive when called.

  Cons: on busy road. House is older, decor was not our taste. Main floor mattresses could be better.

  All in all it worked great for 8 adults and 2 kids under age if 8.

  Had a week stay,close to hershey park

  The house is as shown in the pictures. Plenty of room to be together or in your own space. The AC was great except the lower levels of the home were much colder than the main part of the house and we couldn’t figure out how to change that. There is a high chair in the dining room. I had reached out to Evolve and they had said there wasn’t so we packed one. I would recommend the use of paper plates, the dishwasher is very small and doesn’t fit much. There is a slight musty smell in the house, more so in the lower levels. I think a dehumidifier would take care it. Also, the video game is tippy. So just be careful if young children are trying to play it. Over all, the house was great for a home base while we explored Hershey Park, Lancaster, and Gettysburg! Our group consisted of 7 adults, 1 teenager, and two small children. The management was very responsive when we reached out.
