1/5 This property had water damage. There was accually a hole in the kitchen ceiling. There was mold in the hole and also on the bottom of the walls in the bathroom. The linoleum on the kitchen floor was wavy. The property was dirty. The fan that came with the property was dirty and had hair hanging out the back of it. There was hair and dirt around the couch. There were ants and other bugs. The AC was insufficient to even cool the main room with all the other doors closed. There was a hole in the floor around the sink drain pipe in the bathroom and the linoleum was cracked. My biggest problem with the property was the abundance of toxic mold. I am astounded that someone would think that they could rent out a property in this condition.
