  The lake house is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. Kids fished and caught a lot of bass. It is literally 12 minutes from everything grove city/volant/mercer has to offer. Drive thru zoo/walk thru zoo. Farmers markets. The outlets. But you don’t even have to leave the lake setting is just amazing. You’re right there. The owner has everything labeled Drawers light switches cleaning supplies. Full kitchen amazingly clean. I would give it 20 stars if I could. We have stayed at majority of the hotels in the area and by far the lake house has everything they can’t offer. I honestly think li should raise her price and our group would still go

I am glad you appreciated the orgaiztion of the property, from the labeled drawers to the clean kitchen. your suggestion about adding an outside fire pit is fantastic. In fact, I am currently working on a cookout area inside of my boat house by the lake, which includes a bar (wine on one side and coffee station on the other side), and cooking station, and tea service table, which will be completed in two weeks. A grill and a fire pit are my plan to build up this cookout area. Your kind words mean the world to me, and I look forward to welcoming your family back for another amazing stay, Thank you for such wonderful guests!

  Hostess was very sweet, but should indicate that owner lives there. House not clean; very strong musty smell; the provided ‘extras’, i.e., soaps, shampoos, etc. were opened and previously opened; shower did not drain; LR & DR furniture very minimal and uncomfortable;

  - The listing does mention that we live on-site in a separate unit, but we understand this may not have been clear and are open to making it more visible.
  - We’ve been handling the cleaning ourselves, but are now working with Evolve to bring in a professional cleaning service to help improve overall cleanliness and address the musty smell.
  - I’ll also check the shower drain to make sure it's working properly and take care of any needed fixes.

  Very nice property. Lots of room. Host was wonderful. The only thing they need to work on is a whole house water system to take the odor out of the water.

  The water and downstairs smell terrible. Mice got into any food that was not in the refrigerator. It had to be thrown away. Mice also got into our vehicle. The host was very nice.

  - We’ve completed a deep clean of the basement and added another dehumidifier for freshness.
  - The entry point where mice were getting in has been sealed, and treatments have been placed throughout the home and garage.
