  I recently stayed at this property for the weekend and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the property was subpar, with noticeable dirt and grime in various areas. Additionally, the bathroom had a leak that was dripping into the kitchen, causing inconvenience and potential safety hazards. The furniture in the property was old and in a state of disrepair, which made the overall ambiance quite unpleasant.

  Furthermore, the location of the property was far from desirable, making it difficult to access nearby amenities or enjoy a convenient stay. Considering all these factors, I can't help but feel that this property was misrepresented and did not live up to its advertised standards.

  Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property to others. It is important to be aware of these issues before making a booking, as it can greatly impact the overall enjoyment of your stay.

  - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
  - We use a cleaning service to professionally clean the home before each guests stay. We were unaware of any cleanliness concerns during your stay and wish you had reached out to the guest contact. We would have promptly responded and been more than happy to address any concerns you may have had. We will follow up with our cleaning team to ensure they pay closer attention to detail so future guests do not share the same experience.
  - When you reached out about the leak in the bathroom. It was brought to our attention this was caused by overflowing water, which resulted in the leak in the ceiling. This has since been repaired.
  - In regard to the furniture, we use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect our property and guests can decide before booking if the decor, furnishings, and home meet their expectations. We assure you the furniture is not old or broken, as reflected in the listing photos, this is the style of the furniture.
  - In regard to the location. We do include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home prior to booking, but we apologize that this caught you off guard. Additionally, we provide suggestions in the listing description of nearby attractions, but ultimately it's up to the guest how they want to spend their time in the area.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
