4/5 Great location with lots of neighborhood amenities. The HOA fee is more of a registration fee. You have to pay daily per person (10 per day, 30 per week) for use of beach, pool, etc. House was clean, though could use some TLC (lots of carpet stains, holes in screens in screened in porch let mosquitos in). Beds comfy with lots of living space. Beautiful woods with lots of deer. No green space (except by the beach) for sports games.

It was a great family outing
5/5 The place was clean upon arrival. There were somebody else’s socks left outside but no biggie. I was hoping there would be a blender but there wasn’t but again no biggie! Everything worked, the TVs, the AC, the hot tub etc. And the kids had a blast in the game room. So over all it was a great family trip! Would definitely stay here again!
