  It was not clean, the fireplace did not work, went called the host and he said directions were on fireplace, nothing there. We went out and bought batteries new batteries, still did not work. Would never go back there again, thanks, sincerely, Frank bugryn

• Awesome Stay

  Booked a long weekend with a group of buddies and we were very happy with the accommodations. Very comfortable, even with 8 guys; plenty of beds, spacious living room with a nice TV for when we were just hanging out. Fire pit layout was awesome, and we spent almost every night out there enjoying the fall evenings. The basement game room was a nice bonus.

  Keith, the property manager was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. A+ job supporting us on our stay and making sure we were comfortable.

  Home and surrounding area is gorgeous. The home was in great shape when we arrived and was thoroughly cleaned.

• Nice but somewhat dirty

  The place was not clean and many things were falling apart. The shower curtains had mildew, the floors we dirty, cobwebs everywhere. The hand dish soap were both watered down so much that they were ineffective. The host tried to get me to pay $100 for HOA fee instead of $50. The pool and beach was NOT included and cost an additional fee person.

  -The $100 HOA fee was a mistake, and the property manager confirmed that this was communicated to you directly over the phone.
  -The home was cleaned thoroughly prior to your stay, but the homeowner has requested an additional detailed deep cleaning to ensure even higher standards going forward.
  -The homeowner will also work with Evolve to make the small fee for pool and beach access clearer on the listing.
