  • Beautiful property close to everything

This a a beautiful old house. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was about 15 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Seawolf stadium. Nice a quiet neighborhood.

  • Historic home

We had a great experience staying here. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. It was on a busy street but you couldn’t tell once inside the residence. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Erie.

  • Super cute historic home with lots of character

This house so was cute and cozy to stay in, and the host was so kind during the check in process. It was pretty clean, although there was some dog hair, We have dogs at home so are used to it. The kitchen was decently stocked but could use a sharp knife and cookie sheet. The beds were comfortable and the pack and play was very convenient and appreciated, but would recommend bringing a sheet for it. The front room where the pack and play is was not equipped with black out blinds of any sort so we did pull it into the main bedroom. This house is close to all the main attractions and was in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you

  • Erie house

Great central location, great house, mostly clean, floors dirty, we vacuumed whole house ourselves except steps. Having a toddler clean floors are a must.

  • Okay for Families, Not for

I think this all comes down to what your needs are. This house might be a good layout for a small family, but it's not set up for multiple adults. One person in our party had to work and the only place for her to sit was at the kitchen table, which meant we couldn't be downstairs at all b/c it's an open plan. There is ample room outside, but limited furniture. The two queen beds are comfortable, but there's room for a King in the main bedroom. Additionally, there is an inexplicable pack-and-play taking up the entire front room upstairs that could easily be a workspace or even a single/day bed. I think this is a newer set up, but a lot is missing from the kitchen as well. There isn't a dishwasher, which means you have to trust the people who stayed here before you to clean dishes properly (won't happen). Additionally, there isn't a single knife in the unit, nor any bakeware to use in the oven. We ended up going to our friends house to use their kitchen instead b/c we couldn't prep or cook here. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of street parking, though there were a lot of fireworks the week we were there.

    Manager's Response:

Hello Abigail, thanks for letting us know about your stay! The owner wanted to address the items you mentioned:
    - This property is a 2 bedroom 4 people max occupancy home. The pictures display the full layout of the home and this can be seen before booking it. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs.
    - Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils. We do not offer an office setting in the home and the pack and play are shown on the listing photos as well. We will consider your suggestions as we have not received any complaints about these concerns from previous guests.
We appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve for our guests!
