- This property is located in the Treasure Lake Resort Community
- When arriving, take exit 101 off Interstate 80 and then Route 255 N to the main gate. GPS will often route to the back gate, which is not accessible

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- Prior to your arrival, please provide the Guest Contact with the names of everyone who will be staying at the property. The Guest Contact will give this information to security at the main gate
- The property is located in a gated community. To access the community, please enter through the main gate off Route 255 and provide guest names to security
- The key is located inside a lockbox on the sliding door facing the street. The code is different for each guest and will be provided by the Guest Contact prior to arrival
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Return key to lockbox
- Remove all perishable items
- Please take trash to the dumpster on Trapum Bay Road near the Silver Golf Course only a few miles from the cabin
- Please wash and put away used dishes, utensils, and cookware
- Leave beds unmade
- Place all used bathroom and kitchen linens in a pile in the laundry room
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please lock slider from inside the kitchen and exit the unit through the garage
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM through 8:00 AM
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
- No feeding wildlife
- No shooting firearms or setting off fireworks
- No using the fire pit if it is windy or if there is a fire ban in effect. The fire pit must be watched while in use

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival
