  Stayed there this past weekend for a wedding in Callicoon and our stay only added to a perfect celebration. The owner is very friendly and the cabin so clean and a wow from the minute you open the door. The scenery is spectacular and the decor in the cabin is perfect. You will not regret a get-a-away here.

• Peaceful and Restful

  Sisters, brothers, husbands and wives joined for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The land is gorgeous and well cared for. Views are beautiful. The house is new, with contemporary design. It was perfectly stocked, and clean. Good air conditioning, and access to the river is close by. It faces a nice pond stocked with bass for fishing, hiking trails and even a gorgeous fire pit. The host is warm and welcoming and easy to reach if needed. I also liked the proximity to nearby towns, Calicoon and Narrowsburg. The property can be seen from Seminary Hill Cidery— another great place. Absolutely worth the trip. I highly recommend and would definitely go back.

  Place was perfect in every way. Only issue was that it’s hard to find if you arrive after dark… it is very dark, GPS is a little off in the area and not obvious which property was the correct 1. The owner was extremely easy to contact and was able to guide us in though.

We stayed here for a wedding weekend, and let me tell you—it could not have been more perfect. The moment we pulled up to the gated entrance, we knew we were in for something truly special. The gates opened to reveal a breathtaking scene straight out of a storybook: a charming barn with rustic elegance, rolling hills, and a tranquil pond that shimmered like glass in the morning sun. And then we stepped inside...

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property sits on a beautiful farm with pristine landscapes and gorgeous views in every direction. The home is a fully renovated two bedroom, two bath retreat, designed in a stunning modern contemporary farmhouse style with incredible attention to detail. Everything feels brand new, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, yet it is warm and welcoming with all the home accessories you would want but none of the clutter. The beds were extremely comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the entire space was impeccably clean. It truly felt like staying in a brand new home surrounded by nature’s beauty. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and picture perfect getaway.
