Wristbands for the community amenities cost $8/day per person Monday-Friday, $10/day per person on weekends and holidays, or $35/week per person
- The seasonal community outdoor pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; the seasonal community indoor pool is only open from Labor Day to Memorial Day
- Firewood is available to purchase on-site for a $50 fee (unlimited use). Please notify the Guest Contact after booking — availability may be limited during the cold months

- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 6 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

ACTION REQUIRED:
- Please make a copy of the form below to fill out and return to the Guest Contact at least 5 days prior to your arrival. Guests will not be able to gain access to the community if this information is not provided on time

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take trash to the designated bins by the front entrance/guard hut
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the home. Smoking is only permitted outdoors in designated smoking areas
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Please take your shoes off inside. There is a shoe rack inside the entry closet
- Do not put luggage on top of the beds. The property has 4 luggage racks available to use instead
- Do not eat or bring food inside the bedrooms
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival
