  The condo was perfect for our family vacation to ski at 7 Springs. It was well stocked with everything we needed, and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. Also, the shuttle service to the lodge and ski slopes was convenient. We were most impressed with our host. Jake communicated early and was helpful with allowing a late checkout when we unexpectedly had a dead car battery in the morning of the day when we were scheduled to leave. Thanks for being an amazing host, Jake!

  The condo is very spacious and well decorated. We used the shuttle service during the big storm over the weekend and have a great time! There are a few issues we encountered during our stay. We were unsure of how the baseboard heating in the dining area turned on so it was a little chilly downstairs. I messaged the host but never got a response. We messaged about a late checkout due to the weekend storm but never received an answer which was disappointing. We had trouble with a few outlets, only one of the two outlets worked, basement and 2nd floor worked. Multiple lamps without light bulbs. The door didn’t lock when we left, we tried everything. The shower in the basement needs a new shower head because it just streams out one strand of water. Then the water stayed on with a trickle. The fireplace was nice but there weren’t and fire starter items. Just wood in the front. Mattresses were a bit stiff.We stayed two nights and had a great time. There should be a few improvements made to make this a 5 star review and to respond to messages.

• Spacious Chalet

  Nice open layout in the main living area. New-ish kitchen. Lots of heating options (multiple mini splits, baseboard heaters, and wood stove). Frequent and convenient shuttle to the slopes.
