Spacious and cozy
5/5 This house is updated and fully equipped. The large size kitchen was ideal for our reunion needs. We found some hidden gems in Beaver. The famous donut shop and a meat store with great steaks and fresh milk a block away! Very reasonably priced.

Spacious and cozy
5/5 We enjoyed our stay with extended family here. The kitchen was very well stocked and had most things we needed. Having everything all on one level was an added bonus for our 80 year old parents. The host was very friendly and communicative. Thanks again for everything!

5/5 Fully equipped for your every need. Clean with ample room for our large group. Many hidden gems in Beaver. A delicious bakery and meat store nearby we will be going back to visit.

Hi Duran, we’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the owner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- As is standard in the vacation rental industry, we provide a starter amount of toiletries and other supplies, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more. That being said, we were happy to bring more trash bags for you to use for the entirety of your stay.
- One of the bathroom doors has to be pulled harder than the others to shut. Due to the age of the home, some swelling has occurred, but they are still functioning properly.
- We truly went above and beyond to accommodate your concerns and requests, including allowing a late check-out for your group.
- While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own.
We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
