This place was perfect for our extended family gathering over Thanksgiving weekend. We had 12 adults and 7 kids (ages 1 month - 8 years). We had ample sleeping rooms for all of us, and the large dining area easily accommodated our crew. The living room with three large couches (we swiveled one from the fire place room around to the LR) was also a really nice gathering space. We used the game room lots. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared and served a large dinner for the holiday.

Our stay went well. The house was well-appointed, with plenty of room, and the extra tables in the kitchen were useful. We only had 10 in our group, so that guaranteed that everyone had their own bed, most of us had our own rooms, and the sharing of bathroom facilities was easy. This place is truly meant for quite large groups. This is also perhaps the oddest house I've ever stayed in. The layout was baffling, and it took several walkthroughs to figure out without getting lost. Adding a layout map to the house book would be helpful.
The mattresses appear to be some kind of foam. It didn't feel like memory foam to me, but I could be wrong. I found my bed comfortable, but some of the other guests didn't agree. Your mileage may vary.
There is a parking limit on-site of six cars, but they do have overflow parking, just off the main road. Still, this may make things slightly less convenient.
We did not have any major issues with the facilities over the course of our stay. The only thing we ever had to contact the host for was the propane fire pit on the back deck, because the tank was empty. She responded promptly and got us a full tank.
One problem doesn't actually have anything to do with the house, but with the access road. It intersects with the main road just after a short rise, reducing visibility. This makes any turns nerve-wracking. The state should look into better safety measures.
Now, on to the not-so-great of the house. The floors were filthy. Socks were turning brown, and slippers were sticking. I found a steam mop in one of the closets and went over the floors in the common area and the halls, and the head was dark brown before I was done with the kitchen. There was also loose flooring in one of the bathrooms which needs to be attended to.
The cleanliness issues extend to the back deck. The patio furniture doesn't appear to have been cleaned in a while, and the part of the deck that was not covered needs to be power-washed.
A few "would be nice" items - the common area television is a nice, large unit, but the built-in speakers are worthless. This could be seriously improved with the addition of even a basic soundbar.
The internet speed was adequate, but not impressive. Also, they could use a more robust Wi-Fi solution. Connectivity was a little weak in some spots.
Overall, while the house fulfilled our needs, and we enjoyed our stay, it feels priced a bit high for what we ended up getting.
Perfect for large family gathering

This house is updated and fully equipped. The large size kitchen was ideal for our reunion needs. We found some hidden gems in Beaver. The famous donut shop and a meat store with great steaks and fresh milk a block away! Very reasonably priced.
