Large house in a good neighborhood
5/5 We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The house was large enough for 2 families to share, which was great! A lot better than staying in hotel rooms. Nice neighborhood; safe area. There were a couple of issues that were quickly addressed by the management company/host. We didn't cook while we were there, but I did notice that there are no stocked items (salt, pepper, sugar, etc) that sometimes are at other rentals - just fyi. Lots of space for socializing with a larger group. I would stay here again with my family!

Great space for Large family or Gathering
4/5 The layout, size, number and size of bedrooms make this a great home for big families, or groups. The location is great too- easy to get many places in any direction in 15-20 minutes. The owner and local contacts are very responsive and helpful.
Great for a larger family
5/5 We had a great stay at this property. We needed enough room for 5 adults and this house was great. We needed to be in the area with little notice and they were very accommodating. We had a couple small issues, a beeping smoke detector and screen door concern but when we contacted Evolve/the owner it was resolved immediately. I highly recommend this property.
