  We stayed here while in the area for business training and had three of my employees with me. The house worked well for that purpose and provided enough space for everyone.However, there were several issues during our stay. The kitchen sink only had hot water, and the showers took a long time to get warm. The downstairs toilet didn’t work properly and almost overflowed. The back deck seemed unsafe, like it was close to falling off the house. The pictures online made the property look much nicer than it really was.On a positive note, when I contacted the owner about needing coffee filters, she was very responsive and had them delivered from Amazon right away, which I appreciated. The location itself was convenient, but it seemed like the owners haven’t invested much in maintaining or updating the home.And of course, with four plumbers staying in the house, we were bound to notice every plumbing issue!

• Stay near Pittsburgh

  Ok house. Somewhat outdated, definitely some old looking rugs and furniture (sofa with stains). A/C was off when we got there and it was 83 inside. Took hours to cool the house down to 75. For some reason the water at sink faucets was plenty hot, but showers only ever got warm. I’ve rented MANY VRBO homes and this was the first home owner that would not provide entrance information (and threatened to cancel our rental) unless everyone that was in our party provided a picture of their drivers license. I’m not even sure this is legal but even if it is, NO ONE ever has asked me for this before. It was definitely over the top. Nice quiet neighborhood location. Was convenient location to get in and out of the city to watch the weekend baseball series.

• Family Vacation

  Traveling for a wedding, our family decided to be together. It was wonderful. This was a perfect home for the 10 of us. The home is very spacious w everything you need. Communication w the owner was simple and prompt. Location was peaceful & the neighborhood appeared safe. Thank you for contributing to some wonderful memories! .

• Great house for friends gathering!

  This house has great space for lots of friends to gather in. There are 3 separate spaces to mingle in. The rooms are all very spacious and have plenty of seating. the dining room only seats 4, so board games were a little challenging. Very pet friendly and easy to get to. We fit 4 cars in the driveway with no issues. Neighborhood is very quiet and everyone waves to you.

• Nice location... house needs work

  This was a large house in an upscale neighborhood. Plenty of room for whole family.

  But a lot of things looked like they needed maintenance and repair... i understand that they had a previous group that did damages but a thorough walkthrough would show the many little things that need repair. Also, listing said 3.5 baths. It really is 2.5 baths - the separate tub and shower in the master does not make an extra bathroom. We made it work but for the money I expected something in much better condition.
