3/5 Management was very good. House not ready for cold or leaving the thermostat lowered between guests. Pipes froze. Needs a keypad at the back door as it’s closest to the parking spots. Will be great when kinks are worked out. House does not have air conditioning.

Guest experience is extremely important to us, and we are sorry that the unusually severe winter weather during your stay led to frozen pipes despite the preventative measures we had in place. We have since adjusted our cold weather protocols, including thermostat management between stays, to help ensure this does not happen again. We also appreciate your suggestion about adding keypad access at the rear door, which has already been implemented, and we will be installing air conditioning before the summer months begin.
