Okay.
3/5 House was fine. Nothing in the “game room” was usable, unfortunately. There were no darts for the dartboard, pool sticks had no tips, scoreboard was broken on air hockey game, Adirondack chairs were all broken by the fire pit and the table and chairs on the decks were unusable. These of course are not big deals, however it was a bit disappointing. Pictures did not depict actual conditions of the amenities mentioned.

Vacation
4/5 The property was cute and very quiet. The owner was able to answer all of our questions and accommodated our needs. We were a little disappointed with the cleaning situation but the owner also accommodated us for that as well. This was a get a way for the kids and the game room was used the entire time as well as the play set out back. The deer kept coming up to us and we were able to feed them and enjoy their presence. Over all we had a good time especially relaxing at the lake and the pool.
Family getaway
5/5 The cottage is nice, if a bit worn. The outdoor areas are very nice with lots of space and a little playground for young kids. The owner was communicative and helpful. We had a good time for a family getaway.
