Extraordinary Vacation!
5/5 First, a quick story: two weeks before my family was supposed to converge on this beautiful home, I received an email saying that the house was sold and I needed to cancel my reservation. My worst nightmare, because three families were coming together for vacation.
Well, our host, Mat, was in contact with me, assuring that everything would be fine. He was amazing! He kept in contact with me through the whole process of keeping our vacation plans.
Between him and the property manager Keith, they made sure that my family had the BEST vacation ever!
What started out as a nightmare, turned into the most wonderful week of memories.
As for the house, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s absolutely gorgeous, and there was plenty of room for everyone (there were 10 of us). The game room was a hit from the oldest to the youngest! The huge dining room table was able to fit all of us to sit as a family, and it was great to sit out in the deck and watch the wildlife come up to say “hi”. The woods were a beautiful backdrop, and the kids (and adults) enjoyed playing “Manhunt”.
We got to swim in the lake, and the playground was definitely a favorite of the little ones.
You’ll certainly enjoy this home, no matter what season you choose to spend there. Plan on making LOTS of memories.
We’ll surely be booking again!
