  Mal olor en la casa , carpeta Sucia, faltan luces el deck en mal estado,, puertas corredizas en mal estado aire acondicionado casi no funciona propiedad sin mantenimiento,

• Could be better

  When I booked I knew the property itself would be dated. I was totally ok with that. But there were some issues with the house that could be better that has nothing to do with the age or decoration.

  1- the bathroom : the toilet paper holder was broken and just left hanging on the wall in disarray.

  2- the grill was dirty and unusable

  3- the kitchen: the house can be rented for up to 8 people and there are only cups and dishes for maybe 4 people. In addition there is very little cookware. I very small frying pan and a few very small pots.

  The community is very nice. The clubhouse had a nice pool and beach area.

  I would recommend this property if you don’t mind rustic accommodations and have 4 or less people.

  We loved staying in this cabin with the puppies, they were wonderful things to do not far from cabin.

• Nice Getaway - needs some care

  We enjoyed the rental, it was size appropriate and cozy. The fireplace was perfect. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews as I would have been warned about the lop sided, mold/slime covered deck (which is the only way to access the house), it is very dangerous, slippery even without icy conditions. My sister feel down the slippery back steps, the salt does not help on slime/rot. The weekend we went it was 50 degrees, rainy - the wood was slimy slippery. I'm shocked it is allowed to be rented in that condition, Evolve should really evaluate for the safety of renters. The sliding doors do not open, the screens were all ripped and shabby. The sofa is in bad need of replacement and minor things need updating, the stove top piece comes off, the LIGHTING is dim - need to add lamps with LED bulbs to brighten the house - it is very dark at night, especially over the stove and kitchen area when preparing meals. I hope this feedback helps to update as the house is a cute, spacious rental if these items were fixed.
